Closed Preservation Rhinoplasty
The closed preservation technique is particularly suitable for patients seeking subtle refinements or minor adjustments to their nasal appearance. The incisions are inside of the nostrils and the change is performing on the bottom part of Dorsum. It allows for precise sculpting of the nose while preserving its natural contours and structural support. Additionally, because there are no external incisions, patients typically experience less visible scarring and a quicker recovery period.

Usually a graft taken by a rib or behind the ears is needed for these kind of surgeries if the patient doesn’t have enough cartilage to shape.
